Tarkan has over 25 years of international and domestic experience in Construction and Life Support projects as member of management team in areas of Civil, Mechanical, electrical works including design and built turn key projects.

Some of these projects are;

  • At Incirlik AB worked as construction monitoring escort for VBR.
  • At Iraq whilst operation Iraqi freedom worked as Life Support Project Manager at five FOBs for LOGCAP III at around Mosul. Daily Waste Management, Chemical Toilet Services, Labor Force, Waste water Non-Portable Water delivery service trucks under contract with KBR for a Turkish Contractor.
  • At Al Anbar province in Iraq at Al Assad AB, worked as Project Manager for Vatan Construction to Design and construct turn key Iraqi military camps for U.S Air Force Corp of Engineers under the contract with E.C.C.I and URS/Tetra Tech and many more U.S Corp of Engineers projects.
  • Since year 2010 Tarkan have had been working at many hydro carbon service contracts with civil, mechanical scope of works including but limited to: flow line, production facilities, rig pad, access road constructions and many more infrastructure projects as well as operator company project management member for Infrastructure team and major projects team, the operator company was TAQA Global that operates ATRUSH Block in Northern Iraq.

Accomplishments

Jointly we have experience over twenty-five year in construction and service businesses. In regard of various types of structures, housing complexes, hospitals, schools, drilling rig pads, access roads, flow lines, pipe lines, mechanical and electrical installation works in compliance with respective international codes.

As well as International Health, Environment, Safety and Security implementations by developing Site Specific HSSE plans, Compiling Bridging Documents, Conducting Risk Assessments, Maintaining Project statistics and leading incident/accident investigations.
